On Thursday, the Biden Administration announced it is closing what's commonly referred to as the "gun show loophole." According to the Department of Justice, around 20,000 unlicensed firearms dealers sell firearms either online or at gun shows across the United States. That's the loophole: Selling firearms without a license, for profit. This new rule by the Biden Administration makes it mandatory that buyers submit background checks and dealers have a license.
